The Housing Bubble bursts on a speculator. Parody using a clip with ****** as the real estate investor. He bought a house to flip, faces foreclosure, and now wants to get bailed out.

As one of the “investors” that hit pretty close. I am grateful we found another way to make alot of money that is NOT borrowed and are rebuilding our life!
The Nazi’s make realistic predatory investors.
Speaks for the greatness of this movie that it is parodied all over YouTube…
Its about the last days of ****** in his underground bunker
What movie is this based on? How is everyone able to dub their own subtitles to it?
Nice Vid. I enjoyed it. We market properties and other things on youtube, we hope to create a large network of people interested in making money. Your video gets a five star rating from us. I hope you feel the same about ours.
Disagree… The Clinton era prosperity was built on a different bubble, the DOTCOM bubble to be precise. When it burst, instead of bearing the consequences, we chose to defer it by making further, unwise speculative investments in the real estate market, using money we didn’t have (which was borrowed from the Chinese). Yes, it was a gigantic pile of bull, and we will bear the full consequences this time. It’s time to dust off my Chinese passport and bolt for Shanghai. Later…
Here’s what happened…The Clinton era prosperity was turned into a big housing mkt bubble. That bubble was played like a ‘pyramid party’ by the bankers. The more people they ****** in, the more money they made.
They milked it for all it was worth.
Then the whole thing collapsed, like the pyramid it was.
I don’t get why use the analogy of a Pyramid when they are proven to be the strongest and longest standing houses (well, tombs - but they house dead bodies lol) in mans history. It just seems wrong lol
That was the best. I liked how he slowed down and talked about his marble countertops. LOL
yes yes yes! hit the nail on the head! let those greedy bastards die in bankruptcy
awesome, but as funny as the xbox live nor vista version of this clip
HEY EVERYONE, it’s okay! SuperObama is here to save us all from ourselves!!
Repeat after me.
A house bought on credit is a liability, not an asset.
Five years ago, most people laughed when I would say that. Those people are now all bankrupt.
