check the real estate section of your local paper. If the market in your area is moving, there are always companies looking to hire people. Or call the big companies in your area, and ask if they are taking on new associates. You’ll need a license, probably, and you may have to pay for the training and testing to get that.

If the market is flat or declining, you may have to wait awhile.
